Referral can be arranged to contact relative suppliers for medical supplies, such as oxygen supplies, but we would not assume any liability in case of damages

l No charge will be imposed if the booking is cancelled in writing over Seven Days prior to your pick-up time.
l HKD$100 administrative charge will be imposed if the booking is cancelled due to the adverse weather (Rainstorm Yellow/Red/Black Warning or Typhoon Signal No.3 or above).
